The Regional Manager will establish long-term relationships with politicians, officials, and other strategic actors to create concrete social change, representing Suicide Zero in external contexts and networks.Candidates for the Regional Manager position should reside in or have the ability to work from Uppsala, Gvleborg, Srmland, stergtland, or Kalmar counties, as these are the regions where the organization needs to strengthen its presence. Regardless of location, candidates must be willing to actively work towards the prioritized regions through a combination of digital and physical meetings. The role requires confidence in dialogue with decision-makers, integrity, and the ability to challenge and make demands when necessary. The Regional Manager must be comfortable building trust and engaging in uncomfortable conversations to drive positive change in the areas of advocacy and suicide prevention.
