The Regional Manager East position is focused on driving sales, capacity utilization, and profitability within a specific geographical area while also strengthening team spirit and connection to the head office. The goal is to integrate the region into the company as a whole, with its own responsibility for results, rather than functioning as an operational satellite. The role involves overall responsibility for the region's results, including P&L responsibility, with a strong emphasis on sales, particularly with complex projects and larger customers.The Regional Manager East will lead and develop a small team in Bro, consisting of salespeople, project managers, and technical/service-related expertise. This individual will serve as the hub on site, providing everyday leadership to ensure office functions, collaboration between roles in customer business, and clear priorities. As part of our client's management team, the Regional Manager East will report directly to the CEO and contribute regional insights about customers, business, and profitability to strategic decision-making.
