The client is seeking a Regional Head of Learning & Development to shape and deliver the regional learning agenda across multiple locations and ensure alignment with the global strategy. This role will help foster a positive learning culture through close collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders, and will represent the region in defining group learning strategy and establishing a long-term learning agenda across APAC, including China.
Key responsibilities include identifying learning needs across all organizational levels, including leadership development and coaching, by building strong relationships with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders. The role also supports end-to-end learning activities, from learning design through delivery, and is expected to contribute both facilitation and digital learning expertise.
The ideal candidate will typically bring extensive experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, along with proven team leadership experience in an in-house environment. Experience in talent consulting capacity is expected, and strong stakeholder management skills are required, including the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate across locations.
