The client is seeking a Regional Head of Learning & Development to join their global FMCG organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Regional Learning agenda across multiple locations in alignment with the global strategy. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive learning culture, collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders, and representing the region in defining the group learning strategy. Building strong relationships with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to identify learning needs at all levels, including leadership development and coaching, is crucial.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven team leadership experience in an in-house environment. Experience in Talent Consulting is also required, along with expertise in both facilitation and digital learning. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in a matrix environment are essential for this role.
