The client is seeking a Regional Head of Learning & Development to lead the learning agenda across their multiple locations in the APAC region, including China.
The individual in this pivotal role will work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to align regional learning initiatives with the global strategy.
A key responsibility will be to cultivate a positive learning culture within the client, ensuring the learning needs of employees at all levels are met, with a particular focus on leadership development and coaching.
The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development and have demonstrated successful team leadership in an in-house setting.
Additional experience in Talent Consulting is required. Comprehensive skills in learning design, delivery, facilitation, and digital learning are essential, along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with working in a matrix environment and managing relationships across different locations is also critical.
