Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven leadership skills in an in-house environment. Experience in Talent Consulting is a must, with comprehensive expertise in all aspects of learning from design to delivery, including facilitation and digital learning tools.
