The client is seeking a Regional Head of HR Business Partners for Front Office business lines based in Singapore. This role will report into senior HR leadership for the front office and regional APAC functions and will lead end-to-end HR people strategy, people priorities, and growth and transformation initiatives across multiple APAC markets.
In a fast-paced global matrix environment, the role will partner with global and regional HR centers of expertise and align priorities across regions through a “one global business” and “one global HR team” perspective. The ideal candidate will comfortably lead experienced HR business partners, balance strategic and commercial priorities, and take a hands-on approach while navigating ambiguity within a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities will include embedding global HR priorities across the region, leading projects related to growth, leadership succession planning, and restructuring, and managing high-touch annual HR processes such as complex compensation rounds and employee relations matters. The role involves working directly with global and regional leaders across revenue-generating business lines, with a strong emphasis on relationship management and a commercial, business-first lens to people solutions.
