The client is seeking a Regional Director – Travel Retail Americas to lead end-to-end regional business performance with support from a team of Area Sales Managers. This role will drive strategy and execution across the region, with a focus on managing sales priorities and ensuring strong team performance.
The ideal profile is an experienced Travel Retail executive with 5–7 years of experience in Travel Retail sales for luxury or premium brands. Category experience is not a key requirement, but direct Travel Retail experience is essential. The role also expects strong key account management experience and solid people leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications include fluency in English, with Spanish as a plus. A master university degree is expected. Prior experience may include working with luxury and premium brands, and previous titles may include Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Director, General Manager, or Country Manager.
