The client is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead operational excellence across multiple food service locations, with primary focus on the Las Vegas region and occasional support for Miami operations. This role drives consistent performance, profitability, and growth by overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Director will help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-focused excellence.
The Regional Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across all Las Vegas locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement, collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning aligned to organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities and market trends that enhance customer experience and competitiveness. Financial responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for profitability and cost control, as well as driving revenue optimization to meet or exceed financial targets.
The role also includes leading and developing teams across multiple locations, building accountability and teamwork, and supporting professional development with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. To strengthen guest experience, the Regional Director will ensure consistent delivery of service standards and leverage guest feedback to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The position requires maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, and bringing strong senior operational leadership, strategic and financial acumen, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
