Reporting to the Executive Managing Director, the Regional Director provides guidance to Area Directors on sales and profit goals, succession planning, operational planning, and problem resolution. They also work with Area Directors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, championing projects and initiatives to drive branch growth, operational excellence, colleague engagement, and client satisfaction.As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Regional Director of Operations collaborates with Area Directors to ensure that Branches and Clinics remain the employer of choice. They actively promote and lead strategic planning efforts, as well as provide support in company promotion and colleague development. The Regional Director works closely with the Executive Managing Director to oversee the overall operations of Independent Business Units in the Region, ensuring ongoing client care quality and effectiveness.
