The client is seeking a Regional Director / Campus Director for their new Birmingham Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all academic, operational, and service functions to ensure the delivery of the client's strategic goals and an outstanding student experience. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, the Regional Director / Campus Director will work closely with the Senior Management Team to provide institutional leadership across academic quality, regulatory compliance, operational delivery, and strategic growth. The role will also involve driving quality improvement, effective planning and resource management, and developing cross-functional strategies to ensure excellence, innovation, and impact.
The ideal candidate will have significant management and leadership experience within the UK higher education sector, with a proven track record of institutional leadership and delivering growth. They must have a strong understanding of the UK HE policy and regulatory landscape, including OfS and QAA, and be skilled at aligning strategy with operational realities. Experience in leading high-performing teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and operating at a senior leadership level with impact and influence is essential. Financial and operational acumen, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered education, are also required.
