You will drive the implementation of regional strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and key projects, partnering with senior regional leadership to translate strategy into effective operational outcomes. You will also identify, assess, and advise on regional risks, opportunities, and growth priorities, supporting scale and structural strengthening during a period of accelerated regional expansion.
You will represent the organization with local authorities, government agencies, regulators, and industry bodies, building high-trust relationships that support business continuity, compliance, and expansion. You will help ensure strong governance and organizational discipline across countries by coordinating with regional and global leadership teams to meet objectives and standards, supported by senior-level communication and stakeholder management, a strategic mindset with execution capability, and demonstrated experience leading in international environments.
