A client is seeking a midlevel Real Estate Associate to join its Real Estate & Land Use practice group. The role supports multiple office locations and involves working on sophisticated real estate matters at both a local and national level, typically within a highly collaborative environment focused on client service and professional growth.
The Real Estate & Land Use practice handles acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction & development, financing, and real estate investment across a range of property types and industry sectors. The position is expected to support transactional work and may involve drafting and negotiating documents, managing details across engagements, and contributing to team-based delivery on client matters.
Candidates are expected to have at least three years of relevant transactional real estate experience and an excellent law school academic record. Strong legal writing and drafting skills, close attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and an ability to work well in a team environment are required, along with an enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.
