Description

As a Quality Manager at our client, you will be leading and coordinating the quality work within the organization. This includes managing personnel, budget, and work environment, as well as overseeing managers and specialists in various product and expert areas. Your role will involve driving clear, effective, and proactive quality management across the entire value chain, from supplier and product development to warehouse, customer, and consumer interactions. You will be responsible for developing working methods, processes, and key performance indicators that ensure high product safety, quality, and consumer confidence.Reporting to the Head of Communications, Quality, and Sustainability, you will serve as a key advisor and partner in quality-related matters to various departments within Axfood. This will involve collaborating with purchasing, assortment, logistics, consumer contact, sustainability, legal affairs, and other parts of the organization. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our client's products and services, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company.
