McDaniel College is seeking a Provost to lead academic initiatives and programs, including overseeing undergraduate and graduate degrees, certificates, and other educational offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of executing strategic initiatives, effective communication, and building relationships within the academic community. The Provost will play a key role in supporting the College's evolution to meet workforce demands and serve the needs of the community and region, while also providing leadership for the School of Business and Technology with a focus on computational innovation.The Provost will be responsible for overseeing 70 undergraduate programs, 19 graduate degrees, and various shorter-term programs, ensuring academic excellence and alignment with the College's mission and goals. This position requires a collaborative and thoughtful leader who can work with faculty, staff, and students to enhance the academic experience and drive innovation within the School of Business and Technology. The Provost will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client and ensuring its continued success in meeting the needs of its students and the broader community.
