The Provost will report directly to the President and oversee academic management of the University's five colleges, schools, and programs. They will work closely with the Vice President of Research to enhance research opportunities and academic excellence. The Provost will focus on elevating the academic standing of the University, supporting the growth of faculty and staff, and fostering an inclusive learning community.In addition, the Provost will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top faculty and administrators, as well as advancing the capabilities of the Office of the Provost. They will develop new programs, support existing ones, and enhance organizational capacity. The Provost will also cultivate a culture of optimism, trust, and collaboration within the University community.
