The College of Saint Benedict and Saint Johns University are seeking a Provost who will uphold and advance the Catholic and Benedictine mission of the institutions while promoting academic excellence and innovation to meet the needs of students and the workforce. The Provost will be responsible for overseeing the core academic community, including faculty, and collaborating closely with student affairs colleagues to ensure a holistic educational experience. In addition to operational excellence, the Provost will need to possess strategic foresight, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration and community across both campuses.The ideal candidate for this position will have a salary range of $240k-$260k and will be expected to serve as a champion for the academic community, inspiring confidence and nurturing relationships within the institution. The Provost will play a key role in shaping the educational vision of The College of Saint Benedict and Saint Johns University, ensuring that it aligns with the mission and values of the institutions. This position requires a leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and uphold the Catholic and Benedictine traditions that define the two campuses.
