The Provost will also oversee budgeting and resource allocation for academic programs, as well as lead efforts to recruit and retain top-tier faculty members.Additionally, the Provost will be responsible for fostering a culture of academic excellence, diversity, and inclusion throughout the university community. This individual will play a key role in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, research opportunities, and partnerships with external stakeholders. The Provost will also serve as a key spokesperson for the institution, representing the university at various events, conferences, and meetings to promote the academic programs and achievements.
