The Provost and Executive Vice President at the University of Northern Colorado will serve as the chief academic officer, responsible for overseeing all academic programs, faculty, and research initiatives. This individual will work closely with the President and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the academic quality and reputation of the institution. The Provost will also collaborate with deans, department chairs, and faculty to promote innovation, diversity, and student success across all academic disciplines.The ideal candidate will have a terminal degree and a strong record of academic leadership in higher education, with experience in strategic planning, budget management, and faculty development. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic community. The Provost will be expected to provide visionary leadership, promote a culture of excellence, and support the mission and values of our client.
