The Provost will oversee all academic programs, faculty development, and student success initiatives, working closely with deans, department chairs, and faculty to ensure the highest quality of education and research. They will collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the University's mission and goals. The Provost will also be responsible for budget management, accreditation processes, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic community.The ideal candidate will have a terminal degree and a strong record of academic leadership, with experience in strategic planning, program development, and faculty recruitment and retention. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Provost must demonstrate a commitment to promoting academic excellence, innovation, and student success, while also advancing the University's reputation and impact in the region.
