Key responsibilities include shaping and executing the programme vision aligned with partner government priorities, ensuring delivery remains adaptive, high quality, and politically informed, and maintaining strong governance, accountability, and delivery oversight across all programme functions. the director will build and sustain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, lead engagement with relevant government and public service partners, and represent the programme at senior external forums and high-level policy discussions. the role will also support effective partnership leadership to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
