Our client SCU is looking for a full-time Administrative/Faculty member to be the founding program director of a Hybrid Master of Science in Genetic Counseling degree program in Arizona. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Certified Genetic Counselor. The main responsibility of the program director will be to create a unique hybrid curriculum that combines online learning with hands-on clinical experience, emphasizing integrative, whole person health.The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a cutting-edge curriculum that prepares students for a career in genetic counseling. This role will involve collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure the program meets accreditation standards and provides students with a comprehensive education. The program director will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including student recruitment, faculty hiring, and program evaluation.
