the program director will serve as a thought partner, convener, field builder, and trusted adviser, leveraging strategic partnerships to help address climate change beyond the scope of The client’s grantmaking. responsibilities include forging and maintaining partnerships across philanthropy, government, business, academia, and the nonprofit sector, and connecting local leaders to broader regional, state, and national efforts. the role is also intended to support shifting resources and decision-making power toward frontline organizations and people most affected by climate change.
