Vista is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive innovation within the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of supervisors and approximately 60 manufacturing employees to improve operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
