The Production Director is responsible for managing all technical production at our client's Broadcast Campus in Mesa, overseeing the production of weekend services that are shared with campuses across the city, the online congregation, and on-demand platforms. This role sets and maintains the production standard for the organization, implementing reliable systems and investing in the training and development of volunteer production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership experience to ensure that every worship experience is executed with excellence, consistency, and minimal distractions.The Production Director plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the broadcast campus, working to create a seamless and high-quality production experience for all viewers. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership abilities to effectively manage the production team and maintain the organization's production standards.
