Description

The client is seeking a Private Client Director responsible for elevating the customer experience and driving growth of high-potential clientele for a luxury wines and spirits brand. Key responsibilities include engaging prospective high-net-worth individuals independently and with support from the brand team, using approved customer engagement formats such as tastings, and proposing new or relevant formats based on available opportunities. Additional duties include representing the brand to generate goodwill among event VIPs and related stakeholders, developing targeted initiatives to drive client engagement, and applying both qualitative and quantitative analysis to monitor spending and trends and identify opportunities.
