The Principal Scientist role is a newly created position that offers a unique opportunity for a reproductive scientist to drive innovation and improve clinical outcomes within our client. Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's strategy and ensuring excellence across the clinical program. Responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of innovative ART treatments, directing translational research programs to optimize patient outcomes, and validating and integrating novel technologies and protocols.The Principal Scientist will also be responsible for championing clinical governance through rigorous analysis and transparent reporting, fostering a culture of continuous learning and scientific excellence, and publishing original research to enhance the clinic's reputation in reproductive science. Collaboration with internal teams, external research partners, clinicians, scientists/embryologists, nurses, and patient care teams will be essential to translating innovation into practice. Additionally, the Principal Scientist will contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and reinvestment of resources in alignment with our client's mission.
