The Principal of Mannix College will be responsible for leading a residential community and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive growth and enhance the college's market position. This includes increasing participation among regional, rural, and first-generation students, improving facilities and resident experience, and maintaining a strong focus on student wellbeing and safety. The role also involves overseeing organizational performance, ensuring financial sustainability, engaging with stakeholders, fundraising, and developing a high-performing staff community.The successful candidate will work closely with the College Council, the Archdiocese, Monash University, and other internal and external partners to achieve the college's strategic objectives. They will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the college, drive positive change, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive community culture. The Principal will play a key role in fostering a connected and supportive environment for staff and residents, while also focusing on enhancing the overall reputation and success of Mannix College.
