Our client is looking for a Principal to lead the school in providing an exceptional learning experience for every child. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's educational, pastoral, spiritual, and operational life, as well as developing a high-performing staff community. They will need to provide strategic leadership in teaching and learning, uphold the school's culture and values, and ensure compliance with governance, finance, and resourcing requirements.The successful candidate will be the chief educational and executive leader of the school, translating strategic goals into effective actions and engaging with students, staff, families, and the wider community. They will also lead the spiritual life of the school within the Anglican tradition, promoting Christian values and ensuring that wellbeing, service, and purpose are central to the school experience. The Principal will need to build trust, inspire confidence, and foster meaningful relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the continued success of our client.
