The College is seeking a new President to begin in October 2027. The President will be responsible for providing strategic, academic, and community leadership, working closely with Fellows, students, and staff to shape the future direction of the College. They will chair the Governing Body and Council, guiding decision-making, championing academic excellence, and fostering an environment conducive to learning, research, and intellectual exchange. Additionally, the President will have a significant role in external representation, fundraising, and development, building strong relationships with alumnae, donors, partners, and the wider University community to ensure the long-term success of the College.The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills and experience in academia or a related field. They will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive the College's mission and vision forward. The President will also need to have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively represent the College externally and engage with donors and partners.
