The client invites visionary leadership to serve as its president, the 15th president position. Located in the Pacific Northwest, the role will advance the institution’s mission of academic excellence and social impact through inclusive community building, strengthened institutional sustainability, and continued progress toward national distinction.
As president, the client will lead an independent liberal arts education enterprise with a rigorous undergraduate curriculum and select graduate programs. The role will support ongoing academic momentum, including expanded emphasis areas and new program initiatives, while furthering experiential learning embedded in the curriculum and culture and strengthening student success through innovation and growth.
The president is expected to articulate a compelling, future-oriented vision for liberal arts education and serve as an articulate advocate for the institution. The role requires strategic and financial acumen, disciplined stewardship, and data-informed decision-making, alongside a deep appreciation for the liberal arts; the client expects a terminal degree and a record of scholarly and professional excellence appropriate to lead a dynamic academic community, with highly collaborative experience in higher education or a closely related field.
