The President of Conair Group, Inc. will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, including flight operations, maintenance, facilities, supply chain, business development, customer relationships, human resources, and financial performance. This role will involve overseeing Aero-Flite's growth and operational execution in complex, safety-critical environments, as well as expanding domestic and international market opportunities, strengthening relationships with government agencies and regulators, and collaborating with the Canadian OEM and Conair's operational and executive teams to ensure industry-leading safety, dispatch reliability, and customer service. Additionally, the President will act as the public face of the organization, representing Aero-Flite with customers, elected officials, regulators, and key stakeholders in the aerial firefighting ecosystem.The successful candidate for this position will lead a highly specialized aviation organization and play a crucial role in driving the continued success of Aero-Flite.
