The President will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our client, serving as the primary representative and advocate for the institution both internally and externally. They will work closely with the Governing Body to develop and implement strategic initiatives, foster a culture of academic excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration, and support the overall wellbeing and success of graduate students. The President will play a key role in shaping the long-term identity and direction of our client, guiding it towards maturity, academic distinction, and financial sustainability, including the process of securing a Royal Charter.As the head of our client, the President will be actively engaged with Fellows, staff, and students, promoting a culture of intellectual curiosity and excellence while ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of the community. They will represent our client across the University of Oxford and beyond, building relationships and partnerships to enhance the institution's reputation and impact.
