As President of OLRT, you will be responsible for overseeing the division's profit and loss, leading all aspects of the business from planning to sales, delivery, and follow-up. Your role will involve building and managing the OLRT organization, developing and implementing the division's strategy and operating model, and ensuring that investments in infrastructure and capabilities result in competitive services. A key focus of the position is to balance long-term capability development with effective execution and a strong commercial focus. Additionally, as a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a vital role in shaping the overall strategic direction of the group, with a specific emphasis on how the OLRT business contributes to the company's strategic goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a team of 50 individuals based in Solna and Kiruna, with the position primarily located at the SSC Space office in Solna, requiring regular visits to the Esrange Space Center and international travel.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in leadership and strategic planning, with experience in managing P&L responsibilities and leading cross-functional teams. You should possess a track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies, as well as a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability within a competitive market.
