The President, Foundation will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's mission and long-term growth goals. This role will involve leading all aspects of philanthropic development, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, and serving as a visible ambassador for the organization. The President, Foundation will build strong relationships with executive leadership, the Board, residents, donors, and community stakeholders, while also establishing the Foundation's operational infrastructure and implementing effective systems and financial oversight.Key responsibilities for the President, Foundation include defining metrics, monitoring outcomes, ensuring alignment with donor intent through compliance and stewardship practices, and strengthening governance, engagement, and philanthropic alignment with the Board of Directors. This leader will leverage data and insights to inform strategy, identify opportunities and risks, and provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership and the Board. The President, Foundation will also focus on strengthening donor engagement, increasing retention, and driving transformational giving through a diversified philanthropy strategy that enhances the organization's external presence.
