The client is seeking an experienced, values-driven executive to serve as President of a not-for-profit, provider-sponsored health plan. The role will lead a mission-focused organization that advances access, equity, and quality of care through commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid products supported by a broad provider network. The President will serve as a key partner in an ongoing transformation within a fully integrated healthcare system, helping drive improved health outcomes, stronger care coordination, and greater value to members and communities.
The President will collaborate across an integrated delivery and financing model to strengthen a high-performing health plan while aligning efforts with the parent health system’s strategic direction. The health plan supports members across multiple states with a diverse portfolio of insurance offerings and maintains an established footprint in the region. Responsibilities will include providing executive leadership for the organization’s operations and network, reinforcing a purpose-driven culture, and supporting the development and execution of long-term strategy as the system evolves under new executive leadership.
