Tougaloo College is looking for a student-centered President who can uphold the values, goals, and mission of the institution while also bringing fresh energy and ideas to propel the College forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial, business, and marketing skills, as well as a proven track record of leading strategic change and successful fundraising efforts. They must be able to communicate a compelling vision for the future of the College and have significant experience at a senior level within a complex organization.The next President of Tougaloo College should have demonstrated leadership ability and managerial success, along with an earned doctorate or equivalent experience that commands respect and confidence from the community. While a terminal degree is preferred, candidates without one may still be considered if they have a strong executive leadership background. The successful candidate will be tasked with building upon the current momentum of the College and leading it boldly and creatively into the future.
