NSCC is looking for a dynamic leader to serve as its next President, overseeing a large, multi-campus institution in Nova Scotia. The President will work closely with the Board of Governors to provide executive leadership, support effective governance, and advance the College's strategic priorities. They will shape institutional direction to ensure positive outcomes for learners, employers, and the provincial economy, while also fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and alignment across the College.The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and strategic leader with a strong focus on building relationships and partnerships within the industry. They will be responsible for expanding NSCC's impact through initiatives such as the Institute of Skilled Trades and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders. The President will serve as a visible and accessible ambassador for the College, engaging with students, employees, and partners to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
