HHHS is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for rural healthcare in Haliburton County. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this leader will advance the mission of optimizing health and wellbeing in the community through growth and innovation. The President and CEO will champion compassionate, patient-centered care and position HHHS at the forefront of innovation in rural health delivery, working closely with the Board, medical and administrative leaders, staff, physicians, volunteers, and community partners to align governance and operations with strategic priorities.The successful candidate will have a proven record in strategic planning, quality improvement, fiscal stewardship, and human resource leadership. They will represent HHHS at local, regional, and provincial levels, shaping policies, securing resources, and fostering collaborations to enhance healthcare capacity and sustainability. Balancing the organization's legacy with progressive transformation, the President and CEO will mobilize collective expertise, steward resources judiciously, and drive innovation to ensure HHHS's enduring ability to serve with excellence into the future.
