Working closely with a talented team and member institutions, the CEO will focus on elevating our client's brand and visibility through innovative marketing and sponsorship growth, champion student-athlete welfare, mental health, and academic success, modernize governance structures and foster transparency and trust, drive forward-thinking strategies leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making, and strengthen relationships across U SPORTS, government, sponsors, and community partners.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in a complex organization, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. They will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our client's mission and values, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. They will lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and will serve as a passionate advocate for our client and its student-athletes.
