The President & CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership for our client, focusing on advancing its mission, priorities, and long-term vision. They will lead a member-focused organization, delivering programs and industry support while building strong relationships with members, government, industry partners, and other stakeholders. As the public face of the organization, the CEO will advocate for our client's diverse membership, influence public policy, identify opportunities, and shape the future of the automotive service industry in British Columbia.The CEO will be responsible for ensuring organizational excellence through effective leadership, governance, financial stewardship, risk management, operational effectiveness, and sustainable growth. They will work with a talented team and engaged Board to build on our client's strong reputation and position the organization for continued success in a rapidly evolving industry. The successful candidate will champion the interests of the membership, serve as a trusted voice with government, media, and industry leaders, and drive the organization towards its goals and objectives.
