The President & CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operations of our client, including leading major redevelopment projects, forming partnerships, and managing capital projects. They will report directly to the Board through the Chair and will be tasked with advancing the organization's innovative social-relational model of care, Home for Us (H4U). The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a track record of driving growth and innovation in the seniors care sector, as well as experience in managing complex partnerships and capital projects.The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving organizational goals. They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the seniors care industry in British Columbia. The President & CEO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client and ensuring the organization continues to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in the community.
