The President will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, project execution, financial performance, and client engagement. They will have full P&L accountability and will work closely with the ownership group to support the company's next phase of growth. This will involve introducing operational rigour, scalable systems, and process discipline across both field and back-office functions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills and experience in a project-driven environment. They will be tasked with transitioning the company away from manual, fragmented processes towards more integrated, technology-enabled workflows, particularly in areas such as estimating, project execution, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. The President will play a key role in driving the organization's continued success and maintaining its reputation as an industry leader in Western Canada.
