Our client, The Board of Trustees at Notre Dame of Maryland University, is seeking a new President to lead the institution in its mission of providing a student-centered and Catholic education. The ideal candidate will embody the charism of the School Sisters of Notre Dame and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the values and traditions of the university. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of university operations, including academic programs, student services, and financial management.The President will work closely with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategic plans for the university's growth and success. They will also serve as the public face of the institution, engaging with alumni, donors, and community partners to promote NDMU's mission and values. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in higher education, as well as a deep understanding of and appreciation for Catholic higher education.
