The client is hiring a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as the organization’s chief executive leader and principal ambassador. The CEO will advance the mission of promoting ethically sound and scientifically rigorous research involving human participants, providing strategic direction that supports high-quality protections for research participants and strong standards of ethics, oversight, and compliance.
The CEO will report to the client’s Board of Directors and provide strategic, operational, and external leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing accreditation services, organizational operations, financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and global outreach. The role requires leadership in research ethics, familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing human subjects research, and a commitment to quality improvement in institutional research oversight.
The CEO will represent the client in collaboration with organizations that conduct, oversee, review, sponsor, and/or manage research involving human participants, as well as with regulatory agencies and international partners.
