The client is seeking a President & CEO to lead and shape the next era of impact while stewarding the organization’s community-led legacy. The President & CEO will guide the organization toward its mission, vision, and strategic objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. In this role, the President & CEO serves as the chief ambassador and spokesperson, representing the organization at local, national, and international forums and building strategic partnerships with key constituents, including donors, governments, corporations, and other non-profit organizations.
The President & CEO is responsible for executing the organization’s mission and ensuring programs are effective, sustainable, and culturally responsive across multiple countries. The role will support programs across three primary areas: Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Livelihoods; Community and Reproductive Health; and Community-Based Natural Resource Management. The President & CEO leads a global team of around 38 and directly manages a team of Regional Directors and other leadership roles, and will collaborate with volunteers and staff from partner organizations to strengthen and sustain community outcomes over time.
