The client is a coastal conservation nonprofit organization focused on protecting Georgia’s coast through advocacy, education, and community engagement. The organization is preparing for a leadership transition by recruiting its next President & CEO. This role will help carry forward the organization’s established approach while supporting a maturing organization as it moves confidently into its next era during an urgent period for coastal conservation.
The President & CEO will build on the organization’s existing strengths by understanding what has contributed to its success, preserving effective strategies, and identifying opportunities to further advance impact. The leader is expected to provide clear, mission-driven leadership that supports organizational continuity and growth. They will work to ensure the organization remains strong and responsive, with a focus on advancing its conservation objectives.
The role is designed for an experienced nonprofit leader who can steward an organization in strong financial and organizational health. Candidates should be able to lead with vision, maintain effective operations, and guide an organization through a transition period.
