the client is seeking a genuine, innovative, and passionate leader to serve as President & CEO. This role leads the organization’s mission as a premier marketing organization serving the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak region, including El Paso, Teller, and Fremont counties.
The President & CEO is responsible for leading daily operations and for implementing the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors. The role includes overall accountability for organizational performance and effective leadership of staff in support of the organization’s objectives.
The President & CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, providing accountability regarding all aspects of duties, responsibilities, and performance. This position is expected to be a primary driver of organizational execution and ongoing leadership aligned with board direction.
