The President, Foundation role at Lutheran Life Communities is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing fundraising efforts for the organization and its two supporting foundations. These foundations play a crucial role in sustaining and strengthening the mission of Lutheran Life Ministries, providing financial support for seniors to live vibrant and grace-filled lives. With a total of $20 million in assets, including unrestricted, board-directed, and restricted assets, the foundations, along with donor generosity, ensure the long-term impact and sustainability of the organization. The President will lead strategic initiatives such as major gifts, planned giving, annual campaigns, grants, and special projects to align philanthropy with organizational priorities and community needs across four senior living communities in Illinois and Indiana.Reporting directly to the CEO, the President, Foundation will provide operational leadership and strategic direction for the foundations, focusing on revitalizing their structure and strategy to enhance the legacy and impact of Lutheran Life Communities. With a strong foundation in faith-based values and inclusivity, the President will work to ensure that the foundations continue to support the organization's mission of providing vibrant and grace-filled living for seniors of all backgrounds and traditions.
