The Ontario government has approved planning for a new single-site, state-of-the-art acute care hospital for Windsor and Essex County - the Fancsy Family Hospital. This major system reform will transform hospital services in Windsor-Essex, providing patients with the right care in the right place and time for future generations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide inspirational and visionary leadership during this time of transformational change at the Windsor Regional Hospital. The CEO will execute on a new strategic plan and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families, while overseeing the overall operations and financial management of the organization.The ideal candidate for this role will be a true leader of people who embodies the organization's values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence. The CEO will work closely with an engaged senior leadership team and foster positive relationships with employees, professional staff, and volunteers across all hospital sites.
